I saw the new William Gibson book and I have downloaded the podcast of the review on the new york times. The reviewer actually says that Gibson is no longer a science fiction novelist but a real novelit...and he is supossed to be the sf pundi. Afterward the head editors asks, rather curtly, if it is any good and the reviewer goes off tangent with things like Gibson is a master at describing technology. So I guess that instead I will go and read the instructions of the dvd player I feel like that. |

Flipping through "The Strange Voyage of Donald Crowhurst" again, I wondered whatever happened to his boat, 'Teignmouth Electron.' http://michaeljonesmckean.com/ongoing_teignmouth-e lectron-recovery.html |
