Without having visibly traversed the space between the bar and your table, Aileen is at your shoulder. “Is there a problem here, Sparrar?” She asks quietly. It’s the quietest thing you have heard her say.

Sparrar sighs, “ah, here she comes! The Wicked Witch of County Cork. Don’t you have no pint pots that need cleaning?”

”I asked you a question,” says Aileen. Even quieter this time. The pub is now so silent that you can hear Adrian’s leather jeans creaking in the pool room.

”This is the problem,” Sparrar indicates you, “and this princess here is the problem,” he  indicates Bae, across the table, and then his voice leaps into a roar, “and you are the bloody problem here, girl!” He plays to the crowd. “Everyone knows, right? Shocking, innit? An old hag like you shacking up with a princess like…”

Bae is on her feet, “I am not a fucking princess!”

Do you, put two and two together and recoil from Aileen and Bae in shock? (goto 83)

Do you, stay frosty and ride this out? (goto 87)

Or do you run from the pub crying? (goto 66)
