Bae hands Sharon a tenner. “Would you like a receipt?” Sharon squeaks.
”Please!” says Bae, but she is entirely unready for what happens next. A long tongue of till receipt emerges from Sharon’s mouth.
She tears it off and hands it to Bae. “Have a lovely day, both of you, and looking forward to seeing you again!”
Visible shaken, Bae rasps at you, “the Hexagon, Our Price. I need to pick up the new Cocteau Twins.”
